At Gracefully Klutzy, we strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect.

Return Policy for Defective Items:

Manufacturer Defects Only:

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged due to a manufacturer defect. This includes defects in materials or workmanship.

Notification Period:

Non-Returnable Items:

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for return or refund.
